Let's give it up for French, glazed cast iron pots. Pre-show dinner was roast chicken stuffed with rosemary & preserved lemons surrounded by fingerling potatoes and carrots. yummy time!
I agree! More carrots! Although, from the photo of your plate, you had way more carrots than me! I only had one lonely, delicious carrot nestled in my roasted potatos.
Would have had more carrots to nice up the dance with the fingerlings, but I only had a small bunch to work with. Glad I was able to use them as they were quickly showing their age having bought them two weeks prior at the last East Side Farmers Market from a wonderful Hmong family.

No extra side of hokiness, but CP did play a blistering cover version of Manu Caho's Me Gustas Tu for an encore.
